Fair Housing Notice.
The landlord does not discriminate in the rental of housing on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, familial status, disability, marital status, ancestry, creed, veteran or military status, or source of income. This notice is provided in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. § 3604) and the Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act (C.R.S. § 24-34-502). If you believe you have been subjected to housing discrimination, you may file a complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division at ccrd.colorado.gov or (303) 894-2997, or with HUD at hud.gov/fairhousing or (800) 669-9777.
I have read and understand the Fair Housing Notice
Application Fee.
There is no rental application fee charged by the landlord. If you are selected to proceed, the landlord will provide a link to complete tenant screening through TransUnion SmartMove. The screening fee is paid directly by you to TransUnion (currently approximately $25–$45 depending on the screening package selected). This arrangement complies with the Colorado Rental Application Fairness Act (C.R.S. § 38-12-901 et seq.), which limits landlord application fees to the actual cost of processing.
